It all started in 1997...
In the late 90s, I experimented with creating websites. my first website - Mortal Kombat 4 Online - was included in Gamepro Magazine!
Then I made Poison Online and Eddie Trunk.com and got incredible exposure to the music business.
Being one of the first employees at Vonage helped me see how companies started.
In my time at Vonage, I was not only able to contribute as a front-end web developer, but also in other areas of development, marketing and PR.
On August 9, 2004, I launched Inside Pulse and over the last 10+ years, it has remained a fixture.
It launched with a black-background layout and a custom-built CMS known as "Archway". Over the years there have been 7 key layouts, with a the latest introducing new logos in 2011.
The site is currently a custom Wordpress build, and a new bootstrap layout is in the works for a 2015 launch.
After working for 4Kids Entertainment for over 4 years, I branched out on my own with Rob Kamphausen to create Fyrebug.
Fyrebug was funded by angel investors, and was a user-generated flash game creation tool that allowed anyone to customize games.
The core technology is still used today to power the gaming site Game Gonzo
Over the last few years, I worked on a vareity of projects including The Hotlist, a geo-location tool, and Global Compliance.
In the area of e-commerce, I worked at Totsy.com and created an e-commerce platform for Nifty Thrifty, which you can see on GitHub
